Love hot sauce? Have too many hot peppers? So do we! Join facilitators Aaron French & Alex O’Hanlon at City Sprouts for this hands-on workshop while we work our way through a bounty of hot peppers and preserve them using two different methods; canning them with vinegar and fermenting them. You will learn the basics of each method and take home your own hot sauce!
