If you are ready to take your home canning up a notch - or if you're just tired of pickles and jam - this is the class for you! Learn how to use a pressure canner for preserving low-acid foods such as vegetables, soups, and more in this interactive workshop with instructors Cian Brun and Stephanie Finklea.
This workshop is part of the Culinary + Nutrition track of Growing Gardeners. Growing Gardeners is a collaborative education program ran by City Sprouts and The Big Garden in Omaha, Nebraska.
